Use Agility, Magic and Range potions – the appropriate one for each performance. If you want the best clothes follow the suggestions. If you want the best points, be sure not to repeat a move twice but do the highest moves you can. Use different emotes during each set, without repeating any during the set. To get the lowest pieces, do the lowest level stuff.

Agility
Go to the changing room and it will send you up to speak to the assistant. Get a pamphet.
Do all 99 moves with emotes between – just be sure not to do the same thing twice in a row and always do a different emote.

Magic
Take 5 teleport and 5 alchemy tablets from the chest after going into the changing booth. (Will help you keep track, too.)
Stand on the star near the chest.
Alternate between 99 and 90/alch and tele – and do different emotes each time.
You can also alternate between just the alch and tele on the anvil.

Take the shortbow and 10 arrows from the chest and equip them after you talk to the assistant.

Alternate between the two hardest points.
