Going Up – On Construction…………

My Construction level is going into high rise status soon……….. Under 300k to Level 93. I did a couple of Evil trees and got paid in noted Mahogany and Yew logs – but, of course, no teaks because I would actually like to get some – shrugs. I used the Magic Bank time doing those Yews in Lumby – my own personal yew tree there insures I will be able to cut for a while. If others are cutting Yews in Lumby when I have that banking time, I just hop to another world. I have single axedily (Yes Boom – I know it’s not a real word……… tisk) taken down all the Yews there plus my own and waited a while for a respawn when I wasn’t on that magic bank time but there is just no reason to wait around. The Leprechaun’s magic will pause when you log out.

One guy was chopping Yews in Lumby today when I was on Magic time and he asked what my wc level was. I typed 99. He said, “Use Quick Chat.” I had no idea why the heck he kept saying that even though I kept typing 99. Then he finally said – “There’s no way you are level 99 wc!” Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t use that Quick Chat and didn’t realize it fills in your levels for you when you do use it. If he hadn’t been such an insistent pain in the rear, I wouldn’t have answered about my level at all – but I did and do refuse to use
Quick Chat to prove anything. I ended up telling him to believe whatever he wants………. Like there aren’t tons of ways to check someone out!

The Teak planks and the Legend’s cape building spot in the Quest hall is fairly good. Unfortunately, I took out my Hangman game early in this effort to get another Construction level because it is right behind the Trophy Guild build. Once I get the level, I might re-build it. A few of you told me about the teak planks so I started to save up teak logs to give it whirl. Others of you told me about the using the Balloon ride to make planking the logs faster. Thank You! Thank You! Doing the Trophy Guild build is probably much faster. Because I save up logs from drops or cut them myself, the log part is on the free side which reduces the cost of leveling quite a bit. I also decided to take my Miscellania off Wood and put it specifically on Teaks for that extra 5 levels of participation from the kingdom. Mining and Smithing are still extremely important on my list of things to do so I definitely want to keep that coal pouring in using the full 10 levels. I don’t really need the nests and seeds any more – big sigh (still miss doing herblore for levels).

Boredom is still a problem while doing the same click-intensive task over and over in Construction, though, soooooooooooo I am listen to some interesting audio books. I just love our Public Library! One of my fav books – Outlander – is finally coming up to my request for the 28 cd audio book set. This is one of the books I actually have more than one hardcopy copy of. When that comes in, I will be getting a lot more Runescape stuff done! If the audio reader actually does that Scottish accent well, I will have to get a copy for my collection. (Time travel/historical romance in Scotland!) Strangely there is a sci fi movie called Outlander that is really good, too – set in a Viking theme – starring Jim Caviezel.

89k left to 93 Construction. It is much faster doing the planking using the balloon – I have a ton of oak logs left and planked all the teak logs. The butler is better but not the best yet. He is too pushy when he comes back from the bank. I guess that’s my only gripe – his actions often use the space I need for the Legend’s Cape.

Butler Bungles

I am going to have to redo some of the rooms in the house – I really put those rooms in funny in some spots. The other problem with the butler is that he pops into a non-access room with my uncerted planks and then I have to go running around to get him on the same side of the walls that I’m on!

Get Over Here!!!

Less than 75k left to the level…..
Less than 35k now………..
Ok got it……..

Construction 93

…………. and have 748k to go to the next level.
