Penguins – Bless Their Pointy Little Noggins……

Okkkkkkkkkkkkkkk it’s time to find Penguins sneaking around in Puffy Pumpkin costumes. My my – won’t they be difficult to spot again this week! Smiling……… I am just sorry that Jagex didn’t dress up the Draynor area like they did last year! That was absolutely great! I enjoyed it so much, I picked the Master Farmer a few times just to hang around that festive feeling. Sigh – I suppose some idiots complained that Christmas should be decked out in the same Holiday themed way and then others complained, “Why should Christmas be more important than fill-in-blank holiday?” Of course, that leads to not doing anything for any holiday – doesn’t it? Why not honor as many different cultures as possible? I know it takes time to do the graphics for these things but if as many as possible cultures were represented in the game, the more universal the game would be and – maybe – add to the universal harmony of the world. Heck – we are already interacting with people from all walks of life, walking who knows where in real life, and have walked who knows how many years in their life time so far…….. This is one great game and a fun way to find out about other places outside the little spaces we occupy. Sigh – ok I’m done (for now…..).

I’m getting a late start on these rascals this week……. a miscalculation about how long dinner was going to take. I’m getting set up now…..

In case you don’t cruise the forums much, here is the link to the new beta Adventurer’s Log page that Jagex is trying out. I personally don’t like the pics that come up for the female icons and have not put one up at all. Why do all the guys look so cool? Nevertheless, you can look up anyone’s info with this and compare with your own stats if you care to. It is only for members at this time and still beta. You have to log in to see other people’s recent event activities – all your friends will show up but only members will give more details. In a sad way, this is a way to prove whether someone is still a member or not.

Ok Penguins – I’m after you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish Runescape had a map you could open independently from your logged in character. I use SwiftKit’s Map most of the time. Makes it easier to check out spots….
