Penguin Time ….. Is That Rock Moving?
Yipppppeeeeeee!!!!! Penguin Time in Runescape once again! This week’s Penguin/Bear Points will put me so close to a level that I am shocked that I forgot it was today! Problem was – it’s been one of those really odd, ill fated days for me. The last nerve blasting incident was a really heavy flashlight hitting me on the forehead, and then on the forearm like a karate chop, when I was pushing the fridge back into it’s rightful spot after mopping up under the fridge after a gallon of milk slipped out of my hands, and the cover popped off, slipping halfway under the fridge with all the gushing milk. Bigggggggggg sighhhhhhhh………
Let’s hope I have better luck finding sneaky penguins and a big dopey bear! (Or maybe I should lock myself into a closet padded with pillows to try to keep myself safe for the rest of this evil cusp transition that is passing over my astrological whatever?) Whew!
On with the hunt……… I hope…..
I did the two wildy ones first to get them out of the way. Of course, I took some time to get mith and addy ore from the Hobs – took a spirit bird to carry more back to the bank…. smiling….. Wear the Forinthry (diamond enchanted) bracelet to block the tele blocks from revs – works like a charm… or an enchanted diamond bracelet.
I use the Penguin Spy Book as I go along to be sure I actually spied them. (I especially hate having to go over all of them when some are in wildy or north of the Elf Camp!) The Fairy Rings teleport system was very handy this week.

Oh Lordy – when did Runescape post the new quest? I checked earlier today and it wasn’t up! Now it’s after midnight and I see it’s up. Did they release it later than usual? Dang – I might have to wait until tomorrow to do that quest. I sure don’t want to rush doing the quest guide and I am really drowsy from the clunk on the noggin!
Oooooohhhhhhoooooooo – I was just going to say I must really be cursed today and what is the title of the dang quest?
The Curse of Arrav!!!!!!!!!!
Now I am getting seriously worried!~
Went to poor ‘ol Chuck and turned in the points…… Less than 10k away from Level 89 Runecrafting! Dang it….. I am going to start that new quest before I go to bed – as much as I’d rather do some runecrafting at the moment! I won’t be able to get the quest guide done tonight but I will get it done tomorrow – unless the cluck – opps – clunk on the head is something more serious than this awful headache I am trying to ignore.
Looks like some serious requirements:
37 Slayer
41 Summoning
61 Agility
64 Ranged
64 Mining
64 Strength
66 Thieving
Completed:
Defender of Varrock
Shades of Mort’ton
Troll Romance
The Tale of the Muspah
Missing my Mummy
Must have completely restored Senliten
I do not remember who or what Senliten is…. Ok was the Mummy in Missing My Mummy quest…… sigh…. See, it’s good to do quests as they come out. Then you don’t have to go do another quest first to do the newest one! Also helpful to write guides that I can go look at to refresh my memory, befuzzeled at the moment though it may be!
See you guys tomorrow! Find those Penguins and that dopey Jim!
Hmmmmmm…… insulated boots, yeah threw those out a long time ago and have to get some more. Curse this blasted lack of space in the bank!

I’d like to say your having one of those days, but what happened to you goes way beyond that. I’m sorry to say I laughed hard at your misfortune. Im sure a lightning strike may be coming your way soon
Those kind of days just stay in bed.
best of luck tomorrow-chief

Once I sat back with the icepack on my forehead and thought it over, it actually got funnier and funnier to me, too! Shrugs………. At least the milk didn’t short out the fridge……
